That is to, set clear goals. By setting clear goals, you can explain how much work is there to complete and how much work should be done in a specific amount of time. But when setting the goals, you have to be very vigilant and thoughtful, because too much work in a given time will not only reduce the motivation on the staff but also it will reduce the quality of work done.

You don't give them targets. Though you need to ensure that the targets are in line with your organization. Still doing micromanage. Don't call them every hour and ask what's done. Just ensure the required reports are maintained and sent. Plan well. You should know how you want to utilize this period of lockdown.
